Recruit
Recruit is a live recruitment management application that brings applicant tracking together with Zoho Recruit workflows — candidates, openings, and pipeline state in one place, connected to the recruitment stack a business actually runs on rather than replacing it.
The problem
Hiring often runs half in an ATS and half in scattered tools around it. Teams already invested in Zoho Recruit need an application layer that works with those workflows instead of forcing a migration.

- Keep the pipeline model simple and honest to how hiring actually moves
Architecture
Next.js App Router frontend on Vercel, integrating with Zoho Recruit for applicant-tracking workflows so the app extends the existing recruitment stack.
